In just a few days Xbox LIVE will be turning five years old. It was Xbox Live that brought console gamers the first ever complete online experience. Thanks to Microsoft we now have features such as the Marketplace that offers movies, game demos, tv shows, and much more. It’s been quite a journey and here’s what’s being done to celebrate 5 years of hard work and dedication.
Instead of throwing a party where only a fraction of XBL subscribers can attend, all of the celebrating will be taking place on Xbox LIVE itself! Here’s part of what you can expect!
- The Frag Dolls are going old school with Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon on Nov. 16th.
- The all nighter on Nov. 16th is going back to 2003 with Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
- Xbox LIVE beta testers will be recounting the old days with GamerSpeak
- Elle is going to be highlighting the process of XBL’s creation.
- Hardcore will reveal his all time top 10 favorite games to play on Xbox LIVE
